Library Expansion Project Out to Bid

The Friendship Library is looking to engage a fully insured construction company to start and complete the Friendship Public Library Expansion Project. This is a 30’x30’ addition to the existing structure, including a full walk-in basement and first floor library space with vaulted ceiling. Design and funding for this project is complete.
A prebid Q&A meeting will be held on 9/8 at 5:00pm at the Town Office.
Bids will be opened at the Select Board meeting on September 14th, 2026. The hope is to have construction complete by the EOY 2027.
