Library Expansion Project Out to Bid

The Friendship Library is looking to engage a fully insured construction company to start and complete the Friendship Public Library Expansion Project. This is a 30’x30’ addition to the existing structure, including a full walk-in basement and first floor library space with vaulted ceiling. Design and funding for this project is complete. Bids will be opened at the Select Board meeting on Tuesday October 13th, 2026 at 6pm. There will be a MANDATORY project walk-through and Q&A on Monday September 21st at 5pm at the Library, 3 Harbor Road.
